Our Strength Training room offers a motivating, non-intimidating environment for all fitness levels. We have a total-body strength training circuit, free weights, bench presses, pulley machines, TRX, and functional training equipment to tone your muscles and strengthen your core.
INCREASE YOUR STAMINA
Cardiovascular exercise improves sleep and breathing, strengthens muscles and joints, and helps with fat loss. Our fully-equipped Cardio Studio includes stationary bikes, treadmills, water rower, elliptical machines, and the latest impact-free cardio equipment.
Warm up or cool down in the Functional Training Room, a semi-private room to stretch or practice yoga, calisthenics, or Pilates.
