Somerset Swim & Fitness Services private fitness club features three separate rooms for strength training, cardio, and functional training, providing you with a complete, full-body workout.

Our total-body strength training circuit includes free weights, bench presses, pulley machines, TRX, and functional training equipment to tone your muscles and strengthen your core. When you’re done working out, take some time to relax in the sauna.

Whether you need some extra motivation, pain management, strength building, fat loss, nutrition coaching, or just like to work out one-on-one with a personal trainer or in a small group, Somerset has got you covered. Warm up or cool down in the Functional Training Room; a semi-private room to stretch, practice yoga, calisthenics, or Pilates.
