Somerset Swim & Fitness Services private fitness club features three separate rooms for strength training, cardio, and functional training, providing you with a complete, full-body workout. Our updated Hoist and Peloton equipment ensures you get a great workout and our newly renovated saunas help you relax when you’re done.

Our total-body strength training circuit includes free weights, bench presses, pulley machines, TRX, and functional training equipment to tone your muscles and strengthen your core. When you’re done working out, take some time to relax in the sauna.

Whether you need some extra motivation, pain management, strength building, fat loss, nutrition coaching, or just like to work out one-on-one with a personal trainer or in a small group, Somerset has got you covered. Take a dip in out heated saltwater pool and Jacuzzi or stretch out in our newly renovated saunas.

Yes — 1-on-1 sessions with one of our certified personal trainers can be booked for either 30 minutes or one hour. Our 30 minute sessions start at 6am for those who like to workout before going to work.
