I have been a Personal Trainer for more than 30 years and enjoy helping the people in the 55+ community remain healthy and active. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and certified as an IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer and IFPA Sports Nutritionist.
After struggling as a child with a compromised immune system, I have spent my life regaining my health and wellness through mentors and countless books, and today I am finally becoming the elite version of myself. I I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine; there is nothing stopping me from helping you become the elite version of yourself. I have proudly educated and trained people from all walks of life – men, women, college athletes, police officers, homeland security personnel, and many others. Let’s work together to ensure you win!
I grew up in Connecticut and went to college and played lacrosse for four years at Plymouth State University. I love being active and motivating other people to be fit and have an active lifestyle. I help people with goals that work for them and enjoy coaching and providing guidance for others to live a healthier life. My philosophy is to help people gain a better knowledge of fitness and strive to achieve each of their goals individually.
I am an average woman that has been on the roller coaster of weight gain and loss all my life. I decided one day I wanted off the roller coaster. I wanted more energy, to be a little leaner, and wanted to have a positive attitude. So I went back to the gym and started exercising again. That was almost 8 years ago. I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Sports Nutrition Specialist. I believe that exercise is great for lots of reasons, health, shape, weight loss or gain, as well as your mind. What you put in your body is as important. I want to share my knowledge and years of experience in the gym with you.
