I have been a Personal Trainer for more than 30 years and enjoy helping the people in the 55+ community remain healthy and active. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and certified as an IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer and IFPA Sports Nutritionist.

I was always fascinated with physical sciences as a student in high school.  My love of athletics and performance directed me towards a secondary education in the Health and Science field.  I attended Northeastern University in Boston in their Physical Education program while minoring in Science and Health.  I graduated with Honors and used that education everyday in my long career as a Professional Fitness Trainer.  Through my education and 40 plus years experience of being in the fitness business I guide my clients by empowering them with the knowledge they will need in exercise, nutrition and recuperation.

I have proudly educated and trained people from all walks of life – men, women, college athletes, police officers, homeland security personnel, and many others. I help people with goals that work for them and enjoy coaching and providing guidance for others to live a healthier life.
