Steve is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. After struggling with a compromised immune system as a child, Steve has dedicated his life to physical wellness. Through mentors, countless books, and NASM’s OPIMA continuing education classes, he is able help others find the elite version of themselves.
