Working with a Personal Trainer is the best way to achieve the results you want. Our training programs put you in the hands of certified Personal Trainers who focus on your unique goals; guiding and supporting you in a safe and effective way to get you in shape and feel better.

Your Somerset personal training program begins with a full fitness evaluation and body composition analysis to assess your fitness level and goals. We discuss any health/medical concerns and restrictions and determine which areas of the body will benefit from improvement. Together, you and your trainer will develop a custom program with the right mix of strength training, body toning, and cardio exercise.

Our Personal Trainers can even work with your doctors or physical therapists for pre/post surgery scenarios to ensure you have a safe exercise routine during your recovery process.

Working With Your Personal Trainer

Your personal trainer will teach you the proper form and technique for each exercise, reducing your risk of injury and increasing the effectiveness of your workout. They will even help you become accountable for your progress and will motivate you to stay on track, which can be especially helpful when you are feeling demotivated.

Steve Levesque

Certifications: NASM Personal Trainer

Steve has dedicated his life to physical wellness and was already helping others train and improve their own fitness programs by the time he was in high school. He himself started training at 10 years old; before reaching adulthood had won Silver and Bronze medals in the Junior Olympics, in addition to several Presidential Awards. He then spent years working with fitness mentors, gaining knowledge from countless books, earning his personal training license, and attending NASM’s OPTIMA continuing education classes so that he can help others find the best version of themselves.

Today, as a licensed trainer for over ten years, Steve helps his clients become healthier by gaining strength, confidence, and mobility through his creative and tailored fitness routines.

Pamela Bidwell

Certifications: IFPA and ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Pam has been a personal trainer for 40 years! Pam’s fitness background includes some impressive highlights, like being a Gold Medalist in National Track, performing as a professional ballerina in New York City, coaching track and weightlifting at a high school, and holding the title of Regional I Power Lifting Champion from 1982 to 1984. She taught aerobics at the Nashua Senior Center for many years, and she is especially tuned into the senior set.

Pam is known for forming strong relationships with her clients because she really listens to their needs, and then provides a custom fitness plan and gives the attention they need to achieve their goals.

Noelle Drew

Certifications: NASM Personal Trainer

Noelle is a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Aquatics Trainer, and Swim Instructor. She became passionate about health and fitness at a young age and has made it her lifelong goal to assist those looking to improve their health. Noelle understands that information about fitness and nutrition can often seem complicated, but believes that providing education along with her personal training programs will ensure her clients benefit from her many years of research and training.

Noelle’s fitness philosophy stems from knowing that each person is uniquely individual, so each person’s path to their wellness goals should be equally individual.
